I now absolutely understand why women felt the need to create The Vagina Monologues.

i've given up on their species. i love them as friends, but no more dating them. i found me a nice snuggly girl, which is much better. and i have never actually read that book. is it good?

I agree. Sadly, I haven't been able to give up dating them... but I've given up on them in general and having an decent expectations. I honestly wish I was lesbian/bi. I suppose that's a shallow thing to wish but I do.

I haven't read the book either but I did see the play and I found it empowering and extremely humourous. I highly recommend it. I'm sure the book is just as fabulous too. <3

yeah. it works out better. be label free like me, and perhaps someday the perfect person for you will be a nice comfy girl. i always said 'i like guys, but if the love of my life turns out to be female, then that's fine too.' never would have thought it'd come true.

That is a very good philosophy and I agree with it completely. I've always said people are bisexual until they prove themselves otherwise. I label myself as hetero right now simply because I haven't fallen in love with a girl, but that doesn't mean I'm not open to the idea. Love is genderless. And if I ever happy to fall in love with a girl, I have no problem changing my label because that's all it is-- just a label.

I'm glad you're happy, doll, to say the least. ♥

why thank you. {there is that whole problem with her living in bloody scotland, though i plan on moving eastwards as soon as possible}. both of our philosophies are very good to have. it's sad that people have to be so afraid of their sexuality, especially if they suddenly have feelings for someone of the same sex. we need more open minds.

Absolutely. Open minds would solve pretty much everything that is wrong with this world (murder, hate crimes, homophobia, racism, religious wars, wars in general).

Stupid people. *shakes head*

I always doubt the friendship when a female friend doesn't get the Vagina Monologues. XD They're so true, and it's so maddening.

Agreed. ;) And yes, maddening indeed. Ugh.

Couldn't agree more.

[Mainly because I'm one of them, technically.]

Fabulous Book. And we do indeed suck, cant blame you there. Eve Ensler changed my views and opinions in so many ways. And people wonder why im happy to say men are scum, its cos sadly 90% of the time we are.

Hope you're ok hun ~x~

Well, I wouldn't say all men are scum 90% of the time but I would say a lot of men are scum 90% of the time. There are men out there, including you, who are only scum a small percentage of the time. :P

I'm not all about the man-hating or anything, but I do believe that even today there is a severe amount of respect lacking from the opposite sex. Men should automatically respect a woman's body and the decisions she makes about her body. I dislike men who try to make a woman feel bad about her body simply because they cannot get over their shallow, impossible expectations. I would never "punish" any man for his body or anything else physically about him, and yet men have loved doing that to me my entire life.

Alas I am far too busy being critical of myself to driticise others. Yet I know even I have taken others for granted before now, its in outr nature to be morons, we just have to fight it lol.

Respect. Trust. Loyalty. Without them you have nothing in any relationship. <3
