I agree with every one of the TV shows you listed. Most of all Sex and The City. I didn't start watching until mid Season 2, but was very thankful for reruns and now the DVD's. I own them all--I swear I'm going to burn out Season 3 *my favourite*.

    Hahaha!

I want to get that Complete Series DVD set but it's like, almost $400 Canadian. *lmao* Perhaps when I'm rich, eh? You're so lucky you own them all already. If we knew each other in real life I'd totally burn them off you to hold me off until I could afford the set. :P

I love your icon, by the way. And all the JRM ones you've made in your profile. <33

I know this'll probably be a tremendous shock, but I wholeheartedly agree about Queer As Folk lol and we have a lot of the same favorite dishes and sites. : )

I watched Lolita the other day and sat transfixed. It was the 1997 version with Jeremy Irons. Is that the version you watch?

Yup, the 1997 version is the one I was referring to. I have seen Kubrick's version too and like it, but I'm partial to the newer version. ;)

It really is a captivating film, isn't it? I adore the novel even more (it has much more detail). It was the movie that made me fall in love with Jeremy Irons. He was fabulous.

What was it like having your own soap and cosmetic-making company?

Well, I still have it. :D I don't advertise anymore but I still make things every now and then. It was pretty fun. It wasn't a huge company. Just little old me carrying around samples and seeing where I could make some sales, mostly school, family and friends. It made me quite popular in high school. How sad. :P It's really fun making cosmetics though. I think I made enough lipgloss to last me a few centuries. The only downside is the expense for things like essential oils and flavours. They're ridiculously expensive, so if you're not making enough sales, it's not worth buying supplies in bulk and making large batches. Some day I hope to get into more high-tech stuff like eyeshadow and such. For the time being I only make soap, foot/facial scrubs, essential oil perfume, lipgloss/lipbalm, cream, hand scrubs, bath salts, bath bombs, etc.
